1. Agreement and operator
MaqAI is developed and operated by Rocket Digital Limited. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to the official Terms of Service and any store terms that apply to the device and transaction.
You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity required in your location. If you use MaqAI for an organization or on another person's behalf, you must have authority to do so and remain responsible for the submitted content and resulting use.
2. License and restrictions
Subject to the official terms, MaqAI is licensed for personal or otherwise permitted internal use on devices you own or control. The app, models, interfaces, branding, and underlying technology are licensed, not sold.
Do not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access or generation limits, interfere with security, extract model components, or use the service to build a competing dataset or system, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Your photos, prompts, references, and generated content
You must have the rights, authority, and permission needed for every portrait, inspiration image, prompt, message, or other material you submit. Do not upload another person's image without their consent, and do not submit confidential or sensitive content that is not necessary for the feature.
You retain the rights you have in your original content. You provide the permissions needed to process it for the requested service as described in the official terms and privacy policy. You remain responsible for reviewing, using, editing, publishing, or sharing any generated result and for respecting third-party rights.
4. AI output limitations
Generative and analytical outputs can be incomplete, inconsistent, inaccurate, unrealistic, or unexpectedly different from the source. MaqAI does not guarantee identity preservation, exact makeup placement, exact product color, formula behavior, a real-world beauty outcome, or that the output is unique.
Color, face, beauty, hair, and apparent-age guidance is designed for creative exploration. It is not medical, dermatological, biometric, identity, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use it for high-impact decisions about another person.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
MaqAI may offer subscriptions, trials, consumable generations, or other in-app purchases. The price, currency, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, trial eligibility, and cancellation details displayed by the App Store at purchase apply to that transaction.
Apple processes App Store payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its rules. RevenueCat may support entitlement status and restoration. Restore Purchases does not create a new purchase; it asks the store to verify eligible transactions for the current account.
6. Acceptable use and synthetic media
Do not use MaqAI for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or rights- infringing content. Do not impersonate people, create misleading identity or endorsement claims, target minors, or present a generated image as reliable evidence of a real event or product result.
Rocket Digital Limited may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, rights holders, service integrity, or legal compliance, as described in the official terms.
7. Availability and third-party services
Features can depend on network access, your device, operating-system permissions, app version, region, store account, cloud services, and third-party AI or billing providers. Results and availability may change, pause, or be discontinued. No service can be promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Governing terms, changes, and contact
The official Terms of Service contain the controlling provisions on warranties, liability, indemnity, termination, governing law, dispute handling, and changes. If this product summary conflicts with them, the official terms control.
Rocket Digital Limited may update the official terms as the service or law changes. Continued use after an effective update can be subject to the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the official contact channel.
